1. Privacy & Data Collection

This is a quiet digital space. I do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or run advertisements. I only collect the information necessary to provide the tools or services you request:

Purchases & Bookings: When you buy physical tools (like cards or zines) or book a coaching session, your payment and scheduling data are handled securely by Stripe and Cal.com. I do not see or store your credit card information.

Communication: I only use your email address to send you order updates, appointment links, or the newsletter (if you have explicitly subscribed via Substack). Your Rights: Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted. You can do this by contacting me directly.

2. Coaching Terms

Bookings: All sessions are scheduled and managed via Cal.com. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide notice using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made within the stated hours of the session time are non-refundable.

Nature of Service: These sessions are designed for tactile calibration and exploring systems of stillness. They are not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological therapy.

3. Shop Terms

Shipping: Physical items are manufactured by hand and shipped from the UK. Orders are typically dispatched within [e.g., 3-5] working days. International shipping times will vary. Returns & Refunds: Because these are handmade tactile items, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reply to your order confirmation email so I can make it right.
